Summary
This study tested whether a structured training program could help university students better manage stress. Researchers enrolled 64 students and split them into two groups: one group attended weekly stress-coping sessions for 12 weeks, while the other did not. The goal was to see if the training reduced feelings of stress and burnout while improving mental flexibility and resilience.
