Can calming the mind help slow memory loss? new study tests combined therapy
NCT ID NCT07469618
Summary
This study aims to see if adding a culturally tailored stress reduction program to standard memory exercises provides extra benefit for Pakistani adults with mild cognitive impairment (early memory problems). It will compare three groups: the combined therapy, memory exercises alone, and no treatment. The goal is to find better ways to help manage early memory decline.
