Squeeze away the stress: simple ball may ease prostate biopsy pain

Summary
This study tests whether using a stress ball during a prostate biopsy can lower anxiety, pain, and stress. About 72 men will be randomly assigned to either use a stress ball or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost tool improves the experience.
