Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app could help adults with borderline personality traits manage their daily stress. Sixteen participants used the 'Stress Autism Mate' app for four weeks to track their stress and receive tips. Researchers wanted to see if using the app lowered stress levels and improved people's confidence in handling difficult situations.
