Summary
This study tested whether a stress management app called SAM can help adults with borderline personality disorder traits reduce daily stress and improve coping. Sixteen participants used the app for four weeks while continuing their regular treatment. The app asked about their activities and feelings multiple times a day, gave real-time feedback, and offered stress-reducing tips. The goal was to see if using the app lowered stress levels and improved resilience.
