Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients with severe Streptococcal anginosus bloodstream infections die from it. Researchers will look at the medical records of 400 hospitalized adults who had this infection between 2019 and 2024. The goal is to identify which patient factors or disease characteristics are linked to a higher risk of death within 28 days of hospitalization.
