Summary

This study is testing if a specific type of heavy weight training can help people with COPD feel better in their daily lives. It will compare this strength training to standard endurance exercise in 20 participants. The main goal is to see if lifting heavy weights improves walking efficiency, leg strength, fatigue, and balance over six months.
