Summary
This study looked at whether adding strength training to the Otago Exercise Program (a proven balance program) helps older adults improve their balance and feel more confident about avoiding falls. 28 adults aged 60 and older took part in an 8-week program. The goal was to reduce fall risk and improve quality of life.
