Summary
This study aims to find the best strength training intensity to help men recover from a torn Achilles tendon. Researchers will compare a low-intensity program to a moderate-intensity program over 12 weeks. They will measure improvements in ankle function, muscle strength, and tendon health to see which approach works better for long-term recovery.
