Summary
This study will test a program that combines depression screening, group therapy, family support, and medication counseling for 588 teens aged 15-19 living with HIV in Uganda. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce depressive symptoms and improve HIV medication adherence, leading to better viral suppression. Participants must have moderate to severe depression and be on HIV treatment.
