Summary

This study compares two physical therapy approaches—strategy training and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)—to see which one better improves balance, walking, and daily independence in people with Parkinson's disease. 42 adults aged 40-80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's will be randomly assigned to one of the two therapy groups. The goal is to find a more effective way to help patients move safely and maintain their independence.
