Gentle touch therapy tested for stubborn buttock and leg pain
NCT ID NCT05023005
Summary
This study is testing a gentle, hands-on therapy called strain-counterstrain to see if it can reduce pain from a tight piriformis muscle in the buttock. Researchers will compare the real treatment to a sham treatment in 30 adults. They will measure changes in pain levels and how the pain affects daily activities.
