Summary
This study tests a non-invasive technique called Strain-Counterstrain to relieve pain caused by the piriformis muscle, a common source of low back and leg discomfort. Researchers will enroll 30 adults aged 18 to 65 who have a tender spot in that muscle. The treatment involves gently positioning the body to release muscle tension, with no needles or drugs.
