Trial aims to stop childhood tumor from bouncing back

Summary
This study is for children with a rare tumor called kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) who are ready to stop taking the drug sirolimus. The goal is to find the safest way to stop the medicine to prevent the tumor from growing back. Researchers will compare three different stopping strategies in 120 patients to see which one works best.
