Summary
This study is testing whether people with multiple myeloma who are in a deep, sustained remission can safely stop their maintenance therapy. Researchers want to see if active monitoring without ongoing treatment can keep the cancer in remission for at least one year. The goal is to understand if some patients might avoid the side effects and costs of long-term therapy while maintaining good disease control.
