Summary

This study aimed to find out if people with chronic hepatitis B could safely stop taking their antiviral medication after at least four years of successful treatment. Researchers monitored 15 patients who stopped their drugs to see if their infection stayed under control or got worse. The goal was to help determine when long-term treatment might no longer be needed to manage the disease.
