Summary

This study tested a new stool-based test to diagnose tuberculosis (TB) in children and people living with HIV in Mozambique, Eswatini, and Uganda. The goal was to see if this simple, non-invasive test could find more TB cases than current methods. Over 1,900 participants provided stool samples, and the test's accuracy was compared to standard TB tests.
