Summary

This study aims to see how accurately a simple stool test can detect colon cancer and precancerous growths. Researchers will compare the test results from 150 adults with findings from their routine colonoscopies. The goal is to understand if this non-invasive test can reliably identify different types and locations of concerning growths in the colon.
