Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of four medications can shrink advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer tumors enough to make surgery possible. The treatment includes immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and chemotherapy given in cycles before a planned operation. Researchers want to see if this approach helps more patients achieve successful tumor removal and controls the disease.
