New approach fights stomach cancer spread in abdomen

Summary
This study is testing whether surgery to remove the stomach, combined with chemotherapy delivered directly into the abdomen, can help people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread to the abdominal lining. The trial aims to see if this combined approach improves survival and is safe for patients. It is for adults who have already completed standard chemotherapy and whose cancer is limited to the abdomen.
