Summary
This study aims to find the best way to reconnect the digestive system after surgery to remove the upper part of the stomach for cancer. Researchers will compare several different surgical reconnection techniques in 300 patients to see which one leads to fewer complications, less acid reflux, better nutrition, and a higher overall quality of life. The goal is to improve recovery and daily living for people after this major cancer surgery.
