Summary
This study is testing whether injecting two drugs directly into the abdomen is safe and effective for treating fluid buildup (ascites) caused by advanced stomach cancer. The first part of the study will find a safe dose, and the second part will see how well the combination controls the fluid. It aims to help patients with this difficult complication feel better and improve their quality of life.
