Summary
This study is testing whether a new digital tool helps doctors find more sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in teenagers. It will compare two approaches in teens aged 15-21 visiting the emergency room: one group will use a confidential digital health survey that gives doctors alerts, while the other receives usual care. The goal is to see if the digital tool leads to more STIs being detected and treated, especially in groups that often face health disparities.
