Summary
This study tests two ways to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs) like gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis in cisgender men who have sex with men in Kenya. About 2,900 participants will either take antibiotics regularly (WHO-recommended periodic treatment) or take doxycycline after sex (doxyPEP), and results will be compared to standard care. The goal is to find which method works best in settings where lab testing is limited.
