This study looks at 130 adults having nose surgery to see if two common steroids (methylprednisolone and dexamethasone) change how quickly a drug called sugammadex reverses muscle relaxants. It also checks pain and nausea after surgery. The goal is to help doctors choose the best steroid for smoother recovery.
