Summary
This study looks at how well steroid injections work for people with back and leg pain caused by a pinched nerve. Researchers will test different doses and two types of steroids to see which provides the best pain relief and improves daily function. The study involves 150 adults who have not had back surgery and will avoid most pain medications for six weeks after the injection.
