Ear injection aims to restore hearing in sudden deafness

Summary

This study tests if injecting steroids directly into the inner ear can improve hearing in people with sudden, severe hearing loss. About 108 participants aged 12 to 75 who have not responded to standard treatment will receive the injection. The goal is to see if this approach safely restores hearing better than current options.
