Wake up faster after surgery? study tests which steroid helps

NCT ID NCT07187037

Summary

This study aims to see if one of two common steroids (methylprednisolone or dexamethasone) helps patients wake up faster from muscle-relaxing drugs used during anesthesia. Researchers will measure how quickly patients recover muscle control, and also track their pain and nausea after elective nose surgery. The goal is to find which steroid leads to a smoother and more comfortable recovery.
