Hip replacement recovery: does more steroid mean better life?

Summary
This study aims to find the best steroid dose for recovery after hip replacement surgery. Researchers will compare a standard 5mg dose with a higher 25mg dose of dexamethasone given during surgery. They will measure how patients feel and function for three months after their operation to see which dose leads to better long-term quality of life.
