Jaw fracture study seeks best steroid for faster recovery

Summary

This study compares two common steroids, dexamethasone and methylprednisolone, to see which works better at reducing swelling and pain after surgery for a broken jaw. About 72 adults aged 18 to 40 with a recent jaw fracture will receive one of the two drugs. The goal is to help doctors choose the best option to improve recovery.
