Summary

This study tests whether giving two steroids (hydrocortisone and fludrocortisone) together can lower the risk of death in adults with septic shock, a life-threatening condition. About 336 patients will be randomly assigned to receive the combo or standard care. The main goal is to see if more people survive 90 days after treatment.
