First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a very precise, high-dose radiation boost (CyberKnife) after standard chemotherapy and radiation can help people with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer live longer without the cancer growing. About 42 adults with stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery will take part. The main goal is to see how many are still progression-free after two years.
