Walking away from arthritis: new study tests steps after ACL injury

Summary

This study looks at how many steps people take each day after ACL knee surgery and whether that affects their knee cartilage health. Researchers will use MRI scans to measure cartilage changes in 56 participants. The goal is to understand if walking more can help prevent osteoarthritis later on.
