Summary

This study tests a health system program called STEPPT that trains doctors to educate Hispanic patients with back or neck pain about the benefits of physical therapy. Patients also get culturally tailored handouts, videos, and help scheduling appointments. The goal is to see if this approach increases how often patients are referred to and actually attend physical therapy, compared to usual care.
