NCT ID NCT06640803

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a stepped-care program can help identify and treat young people (ages 12-25) who are at high risk for psychosis. The program is being tested in community mental health centers to see if it is practical and acceptable. Researchers will track how many youth join the program, how they progress through different levels of care, and whether their symptoms improve over two years.
