Summary
This study tests a stepped-care program to help pregnant women and new mothers who have depression or anxiety. About 2,970 women attending maternal and child health clinics in Kenya will take part. The program starts with screening and offers increasing levels of support based on each woman's needs. The goal is to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
