New program helps cancer therapy survivors step up their recovery

Summary
This study tests a program that combines in-person and app-based coping skills training with activity coaching for people who have had a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy. The goal is to help them manage symptoms like pain, fatigue, and stress so they can be more active and reduce physical disability. About 177 adults with blood cancers who report at least two of these symptoms will take part.
