Can simply walking more help heal a failing heart?
NCT ID NCT07204834
Summary
This study is testing whether a 9-month program to increase daily steps can improve walking ability and reduce symptoms in people with heart failure. Researchers will compare the step program, which uses wearable devices and online coaching, to standard medical care alone. The goal is to see if this practical activity approach helps patients feel better and move more easily.
