Summary
This study looks at whether a low pulse pressure (the difference between top and bottom blood pressure numbers) in the first 12 hours after a cardiac arrest is linked to a higher risk of death within a week. Researchers will analyze data from 3500 adults who were unconscious after their heart stopped and were already part of a larger trial. The goal is to find a simple way to identify patients who need more aggressive care.
