First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 9-month walking program can help people with heart failure walk farther and feel better in daily life. About 200 adults with stable heart failure will either join the walking program or continue with standard care. The goal is to see if increasing daily steps improves heart and brain health, reduces symptoms, and boosts quality of life.
