New workshop aims to cut veteran suicide during tough first year home

Summary
This study tests a 12-session skills workshop called STEP-Home-SP for veterans who left the military within the last three years. The goal is to help them reintegrate into civilian life, connect with VA healthcare, and lower suicide risk. About 120 veterans will participate to see if the workshop is feasible and acceptable.
