Summary
This study tests a 12-session workshop called STEP-Home-SP for veterans who left the military within the last three years. The workshop teaches skills to manage the transition, provides suicide prevention education, and helps connect veterans to VA healthcare. The goal is to reduce suicide risk and improve reintegration into civilian life. The study will enroll 120 veterans and measure feasibility and satisfaction.
