Summary

This study aims to see if giving overweight adults a specific daily step count, based on their body fat, can help them lose weight and lower risks for heart disease and diabetes. Researchers will track 200 adults aged 20 and older over 8 months as they walk while eating normally. The goal is to create a simple formula doctors can use to prescribe walking for weight management.
