Summary
This study looked at whether placing a small mesh tube (stent) is a safe and effective way to treat a spontaneous tear in a major gut artery. It followed 136 patients who had this procedure to see how many needed additional treatment over the next year. The goal was to control the condition and restore proper blood flow to prevent serious complications.
