New device tested to clear long artery blockages and save limbs
NCT ID NCT03128424
Summary
This study tested a new stent graft device designed to open long blockages in the main arteries of the leg. It involved 60 adults with peripheral artery disease who had leg pain from poor circulation. The main goals were to see if the device was safe and if it kept the artery open for at least a year without needing another procedure.
