Summary
This study is testing a small, hormone-releasing device placed in the uterus after an abortion to see if it helps the uterine lining heal better and faster. Researchers will compare it to a similar device without hormones. They will measure the thickness of the uterine lining and track recovery details like bleeding and the return of normal periods.
