Summary

This study tests a stem cell product called Stempeucel in 10 Malaysian adults with critical limb ischemia, a severe form of peripheral artery disease that causes pain and ulcers. The treatment is injected into the leg muscles to see if it can reduce pain, heal wounds, improve blood flow, and help patients walk farther. Participants will be followed for one year to check for side effects and benefits.
