Doctors test 'Living repair Kit' for untreatable heart pain

NCT ID NCT05711849

Summary

This study is testing whether using a patient's own bone marrow stem cells can help people with severe, untreatable chest pain (refractory angina). About 110 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real stem cell treatment or a 'sham' placebo procedure, and neither they nor the doctors will know which one they got. The main goal is to see if the treatment safely reduces pain and improves quality of life over six months.
