Summary

This study tests whether infusions of donated fetal stem cells can safely help babies with a severe form of osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease). The treatment aims to reduce fractures and improve bone strength. The trial includes up to 18 children, some treated before and after birth, and compares them to past and current untreated patients.
