Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether injecting lab-grown dopamine-producing cells into the brain is safe and can improve motor function in 12 people with advanced Parkinson's disease. Participants must be 55-75 years old, have had Parkinson's for over 5 years, and experience significant 'off' time despite medication. The study focuses on safety and measures changes in movement and daily function.
