Stem cell infusion offers new hope for women with uterine scarring

NCT ID NCT07176143

Summary

This study is testing a new treatment for infertility caused by severe scarring inside the uterus (intrauterine adhesions). Researchers will infuse stem cells from a patient's own bone marrow directly into the artery supplying the uterus to see if this helps repair the uterine lining and improves the chance of pregnancy. The trial will compare pregnancy rates in women receiving this stem cell therapy plus standard hormone treatment against those receiving hormone treatment alone.
